10KV線路自動調壓器系陝西泰開電氣設備有限公司自主研發生產的線路自動調壓器是由具有9個分接頭的自耦變壓器、有載調壓開關以及能隨負荷大小跟蹤線路末端電壓的自動控制器組成。自耦變壓器分為主線圈和調壓線圈,調壓線圈每分接頭間電壓差為2.5%總的調壓范圍為20%,另有三相三角形接線的二次線圈主要用於消除三次諧波以及提供自動控制器及有載調壓開關的工作電源。電源側主接線可以通過有載調壓開關從分接頭1到分接頭9切換。負荷側主接線根據用戶需要的調壓范圍確定固定接線。如用戶需求的調壓范圍為0~+20%時,負荷側主接線固定接在分接頭1上,此時1檔為調壓器直通檔;用戶需求的調壓范圍為-5%~+15%時,負荷側主接線固定接在分接頭3上,此時3檔為調壓器直通檔;用戶需求的調壓范圍為-10%~+10%時,負荷側主接線固定接在分接頭5上,此時5檔為調壓器直通檔。調壓器負荷側A、C相裝設電流互感器內部差接,負荷側A、C相裝設電壓互感器(雙向電源時電源側A、C相也裝設電壓互感器)。線路自動調壓器(調壓范圍為-10%~+10%)結構迴路原理圖如下:
